Who should register as a Vendor & Solution Provider?
Software companies, service providers, consultants, research firms, exchanges, custodian banks, and companies offering services/products.
Can I upgrade to VIP?
Yes. If you've already purchased a Conference Access Pass, you can upgrade to a VIP All-Access Pass at any time by visiting the upgrade page here.
Can I transfer my registration?
Registrations may be transferred to another employee within the same organization at no additional charge, even if your plans change close to the event.
Whenever possible, FTF encourages attendees who are unable to attend to transfer their registration to another employee within the same organization rather than cancel.
To help us provide the best event experience, substitution requests should be submitted to service@ftfnews.com at least 48 hours before the event, whenever possible.
Dietary restrictions and special meal requests for substitute attendees must be submitted at least 14 days before the event. While FTF will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests received after this deadline using available meal options, accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
Substitutions requested fewer than 48 hours before the event will be accommodated on a best-effort basis. FTF cannot guarantee updated name badges, event materials, dietary accommodations, or event app access for last-minute substitutions.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your registration for our event. If you do not have a substitute and need to cancel your registration, send written notice to service@ftfnews.com. Include the attendee's full name, email address, and event name.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations 60+ days prior: Full refund less $150 administrative fee, or full credit for future FTF event
- Cancellations 14-59 days prior: 50% refund less $150 administrative fee, or full credit for future FTF event
- Cancellations within 14 days: No refund or credit is available at this point in time.
What is the dress code?
PMCR is a business casual event. Most attendees choose professional yet comfortable attire suitable for conference sessions, networking, and social events.
