Substitution Policy Substitutions can be made at any time and are processed at no extra charge. A substitute delegate must be from the same company. Please email service@ftfnews.com at least 48 hours prior to the event with the substitute's name, title, and email address. 

Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your registration for our event. If you do not have a substitute and need to cancel your registration, send written notice to service@ftfnews.com. Include the attendee's full name, email address, and event name. 

Refund Policy 

• Cancellations 60+ days prior: Full refund less $150 administrative fee, or full credit for future FTF event 
• Cancellations 30-59 days prior: 50% refund less $150 administrative fee, or full credit for future FTF event 
• Cancellations within 29 days: Credit for future FTF event only (no cash refunds)

Credits from cancellations must be used within 12 months of issue date. All refunds are processed via original payment method within 3-5 business days. 

No-Show Policy If you fail to attend without submitting a cancellation or substitution request prior to the event, you will forfeit any credits. 

Mentorship Ticket Eligibility Mentorship tickets are applicable to individuals who work in the same organization as the main ticket holder and have 0-3 years of overall work experience. There is one mentorship ticket purchase available per full-price ticket purchase. The main ticket holder will need to verify years of experience and provide the link to their LinkedIn profile to verify experience. FTF reserves the right to cancel any mentorship tickets that do not fit this criteria. 

Ticket Purchase Verification & Upgrades All registrations are subject to verification to ensure proper ticket rates are applied. Any vendor/service provider registrations received at the financial services rate will be automatically charged the difference and upgraded to the appropriate vendor rate. FTF reserves the right to cancel registrations that do not meet the specified criteria for their selected ticket type unless upgraded to the appropriate rate.
